Getting a new puppy is definitely fun – and it can stay that way as long as you do proper puppy training.
First off, as the dog tries to adjust to its new environment, you might want to give it a crate for a resting space. This one is important so that the dog has its own space to call its own whenever it needs to rest. That means you will get to avoid the possibilities of the dog sleeping on the couch or even at your own bed.
Additionally, you should remember that using a loud voice should be enough on puppy training so your pet should start listening to you and following your commands. It’s not a good idea to hit the dog because this can only promote possibilities for the dog to become aggressive and we’re sure that’s not something you would want your dog to be like during its early age.
